OM's pick:Capt Lou VI has been around since 1948 and is located in Central Nassau County, a mere 5 minute cab ride from the Freeport train stop. They offer two fishing excursions daily (8am-noon or 1-5pm) on the waters of the Great South Bay and the Atlantic Ocean (aka Freeport's Nautical Mile).
