El Almacen (557 Driggs Avenue, Williamsburg) is easy to get to from the city and is only one stop on the L train. It opened eight months ago. The two owners worked hard on the decor, and it feels like Pastis though the flavors are so different. Eat at the bar or sit outside on the patio. Their website says it is BYOB, but they now have their liquor license. Cash only.
