Calling all dog owners and those that desperately want one!Dogs can run through Central Park unleashed within designated portions from 9pm-1am and 6am-9am. Dog owners (and their friends) can play with dogs off-leash in designated areas as long as you have your dog under control, the dog is wearing tags, and you carry proof of the dog's rabies vaccination (though we don't think they'll throw you in doggie jail if you forget your proof at home).
