Rent a convertible and take a beautiful short drive up the Hudson and stop for dinner at the Half Moon (1 High Street, Dobbs Ferry, NY). It is such a romantic spot with great views of the Hudson and Manhattan skyline, plus it's only 40 minutes away from midtown. They have live music outside every Friday night starting at 9:30pm.Okay, you can skip the convertible and take public transportation....
