Harlem RBI

Harlem RBI, is a nonprofit in East Harlem that helps more than 700 boys and girls annually (ages 6-21) since 1991, when a group of volunteers transformed an abandoned, garbage-strewn lot into two baseball diamonds . They use the power of teams to coach, teach and inspire youth to recognize their potential and realize their dreams. They have succeeded. According to a recent news story on 1010 WINS, 99% of this year's participants graduated high school and 93% are off to college!
