The Roxbury

The Roxbury, a trendy little hotel in the Catskills, came recommended to us and then we recommended it to everyone! The themed rooms inspired by 1960s and '70s TV shows, plus the knowledgeable staff makes it truly a unique weekend getaway. This is a great spot anytime of year as you can hike, bike, ski, and even go nighttime snow tubing.

Once you're done playing in the mountains, grab dinner at some amazing restaurants only a short drive from The Roxbury. The chef at Peekamoose honed his skills at Manhattan heavy-hitters like Gramercy Tavern and Le Bernadin. We personally had an amazing dinner at The Emerson Inn. Sadly, the original place built in 1874 was destroyed by fire but has since reopened and we heard it is still equally delicious.
